Creating community environments that are positive and afford ample opportunities
for living and playing is important to the lifestyle quality of any community. St. Charles County values an environment in which children thrive in their physical, mental, emotional, and intellectual well being because the level of success of our children foretells the future success or failure of our society.
LifeScape, defined as the environment and the infrastructure of our communities, is an important aspect that contributes to the quality of life in St. Charles County. Ease of access and a continuous improvement of both the infrastructure and the environment allows St. Charles County to better support all members of the community and provide opportunities to people of all backgrounds. Overall, St. Charles County retained its position as 2nd in the LifeScape measure.
